We work on small batch products , mostly handmade .We donot exchange or Refund . We will accept return only when the wrong products are shipped . Kindly send a video of you opening the package to appeal for a return. Return validity is within 15 days of receiving the package .

Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. For crafted-to-order items, dispatch will take up to 2 weeks, and for store pickup, orders are prepared on the same day.
