One of my favourite parts of running Kaii is the joy of discovering beautiful and unique products. Whether it is at a market, a trade show, or while browsing Instagram and online platforms, finding a new brand or collection always brings a spark of excitement.


Every product at Kaii is thoughtfully chosen. The selection is deeply personal because each product is something I am genuinely fond of and aligns with my own sense of style and gifting. While I do look for pieces that fill gaps for our customers, most of the products we stock are ones I have personally tried, loved, or cannot wait to gift myself.


It may not be the most traditionally strategic approach, but this passion-driven curation gives Kaii the soul and keeps me running the brand with heart, creativity, and joy.

STOCKING YOUR PRODUCTS AT KAII

The best way to get your products stocked at Kaii is simply to introduce me to your brand. Please email your wholesale catalogue to kaii.gifting@gmail.com, including minimum order quantities, cost and recommended retail prices, and details about your lead times.


If your brand and products resonate with Kaii’s aesthetic and values, I will do my best to stock them. Please note that Kaii is a small space and often fully curated, so even if I love your work, there may be a waiting period before I can bring it in.


I primarily work on a wholesale basis, as it helps me manage the store more efficiently. However, in some cases, I may consider a sale-or-return or commission arrangement if it feels like the right fit for both sides.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PRODUCTS INTO THE STORE

My priority at Kaii is always the shoppers and their experience. Creating a calm, welcoming environment is an important part of the brand, and I try to stay fully focused on customers while they are in the space.


For this reason, I kindly request that you do not bring products directly into the store for pitching. It is also very difficult to say no when someone is standing in front of me, sharing their passion, and it can become overwhelming for me to navigate a busy retail setting.

At Kaii, the selection is guided by personal taste and a clear sense of aesthetic. I look forproducts that are:

  • Handmade or created with care and intention
  • High in quality
  • Thoughtfully designed with a modern, refined style
  • Joyful, bold, colourful or uplifting in their expression
  • Unique in their design, materials or the process behind them.

And I look for brands that:

  • Are prepared for wholesale
  • Have a clear and cohesive product range
  • Use sustainable packaging for both retail display and delivery
  • Present their brand with a professional, contemporary identity
